I really love this luggage scale. It's small, and convenient. Way better than trying to set your bulky suitcase on your bathroom scale. The nice part is, batteries come with it. It's ready to use right out of the box, just pop in the batteries, and you're ready to go. The clip easily clips around the handle of your suitcase, and than you just hold on to the bar,and lift. It tells you right away how much your luggage weighs, it's very accurate. Which is of course why someone would buy it. The only draw back is you do have to lift it, so if your weak, or have an injury/disability that makes heavy lifting hard. Than, I would ask a friend to help. I also noticed my flashlight was incredibly dim. That may have been due to the fact, I used the batteries in my computer mouse before hand. But, it does tell you if your batteries are low. which is a nice feature.
