I choose to write about the awesome Mirror Mirror Prank.


I feel like this one is so unexpected. Vs the others.

In my idea, I'd have some friends over for a small get together. We don't really go all out since we have kids, but it would be fun, after the children go to bed. All the adults sitting in the living room. Except I might rig it to that it comes up on my TV instead of the mirror. Than suddenly, have the lights cut out, and it appear on the TV. Though, Id get someone my friends don't know and have them dress up as a clown, or something really scary, and turn it into a murder mystery party, and the TV, or mirrors in the house, periodically go off giving clues to each one of the participants. Not only is it scary, but its even worse when its unexpected!  Not like going to a haunted house, while its scary you expect it so it takes the fright out of it. Perfect Image, Salicylic Acid peel Review

The Perfect Image Salicylic Acid peel is a 20% peel Level 2.  If you have never done a Salicylic peel before, start with a Level 1 or 10%.

The way to do this. Is clean your face. Apply to a cotton ball, and then disperse evenly all over your face avoiding eyes, mouth, and nostrils.  Leave on for 1 minute. Wipe away. Then apply any toner or moisturizer. 

The thing I love about this one more so than others is that it doesn't burn/itch as much. I can tolerate it, and don't want to wipe it off the second its applied. Also it works. Salicylic is great for acne, and skin pigmentation issues. 

Perfect Images- comes in a glass bottle with glass dropper. A bottle will last you quite a while as you shouldn't do this more than 1x a week. 

I have noticed great improvement with the pigmentation in my skin, and I am breaking out less. However its not an acne cure all. I still use tea tree oil for that, but I love using this to improve the redness and scaring from it.

Skinny TeaTox 14 Day detox-Review

I've probably never been more excited to try something, than I was for this. I've heard so many wonderful things about TeaTox, seen awesome pictures, you name it.  So, when I got the chance to try it I jumped on it.

SkinnyTEATOX is 100% Natural detox tea,
what it does is helps clean out your system, promoting good digestion and weight loss.

This 14day Detox kit comes with, instructions. A strawberry shaped infuser, a bag of the morning tea loose leaf tea, and evening tea which comes in teabags.

The tea it's self is really delicious, the morning tea tastes and smells like lemongrass. It's very subtle. I do drink it after my morning coffee, because I have to have my coffee. (Helps my migraines) It's quite easy to make and take with you on the go! The evening tea is really good too!

Now, does it work? Short answer: Yes!

Read the pamphlet, It will explain how to use this tea, and any side effects, like the evening tea is a natural laxative. So, drink it in the evening, I like to drink it about an hour after dinner, and 2hrs before bed. That way, I can let it sit, and still have time to go to the bathroom, without waking up in the middle of the night.

I do eat quite healthy in relation to this, so with healthy eating and exercise I have lost 2lbs since starting this. Most of it, is probably from it cleansing out my system.I didn't get serious diarrhea, Honestly, I lost 10lbs from flonase side effects of diarrhea. So, this was quite pleasant! I can only imagine, if I continue I shall lose another pound or so.

With that being said. The ONLY downside to this entire kit. Is the infuser.
I would never pay for it. Nor, can I recommend using it.
Honestly, it's terrible. Here's why.

The holes in it are too big, so the tea falls through it, before you even put it in your water. I had leaves falling all over my counter. (It's quite hard to measure out a teaspoon when the leaves are big too. I don't know why I tried with an actual teaspoon. Instead of my kitchen scale.) This infuser, while cute just does not work for this tea.  I ended up with leaves in my cup, and swallowed one, that now feels like popcorn kernel stuck in my throat.

Luckily, I am a HUGE tea drinker. So I have a number of infusers, and reuseable silk teabags. If you don't have anything like, cheesecloth, or even a coffee filter works really well.  These two pictures were taken about a minute after placing this in the water. The tea gets darker,  and by the time I finished. The bottom of the cup had the leaves in it. It's not a huge problem for me personally, I just didn't enjoy swallowing the bigger leaves.

The evening tea had triangle shaped bags. This is great as it helps all the leaves get absorbed and, you get the full intensity and flavor of the tea. Which tastes amazing, and really leaves you feeling revived!

Overall. I am very happy with this tea. I just wish the infuser would have been better, I know a number of others who did have the same issue. It's not going to stop me from drinking it though!

Adovia Purifying Mud Mask- Review

Well, I was really excited to try the Adovia  Mud Mask, as I have loved every other product I have tried from them. This one  though. Sadly, didn't live up to my expectations. 

It's not that I did not like it, because I did, Its just not my go to out of all my mud masks. 

Dead Sea mud masks, help improve the impurities in your skin, shrink your pores,and improve the overall appearance and texture of your skin. This one does all that. All deadsea mud masks will make your skin feel kind of itchy when its drying. This one is no exception. It is easy to apply, I just hate the squeeze tube, it's rather difficult to get it out of the tiny little opening. However, it dries fast, and leaves your skin feeling wonderful.

More Chopsticks! Yay!

Trend Korean Chopstick and Spoon Set.

These chopsticks are phenomenal! I can't rave enough about how beautiful and high quality these are. They're heavy, like traditional chopsticks used in Korea. While stationed there, I fell in love with the fine dishes they used at restaurants. I just knew I had to have some. I received one set, but 5 different images, after contacting them they are so polite and lovely. The chopsticks and spoons are made of stainless steel, not some shiny chrome plated metal, that will flake off. These are seriously some of the most beautiful chopsticks, that I have personally owned or used. The spoon is larger, and flatter than most are probably used to. Making this perfect for soups and ice cream!

They're also smooth, this set is heavier than what most are probably used to, so keep that in mind.  They're also skinnier than most as well, additionally  that may take some getting used to, if you're not to savvy with chopsticks, but if you have little hands like me. They're perfect. These don't slip, or get sticky, while using them either. So, they don't fall from your fingers, or cause you to loose your grip.

 Like previously mentioned. I received one set each, of five different sets. Their store has so many options, and  three different quantities to purchase. 10, 5 and 2.  You can see all the different options and beautiful sets for yourself HERE- Trend Korean Amazon store these sets do come directly from Korea, well mine did. You can additionally visit their website HERE Trend Korean They came relatively fast though, so no complaints there. Packaged nicely, so nothing would be damaged. I managed to Receive one of the same sets this time, as last!  The Korean alphabet ones, So I am not going to review those again, I also couldn't find the listing for the 5th set, so because I don't know what they are called, nor can I link you to a listing for them. I will hold off, until he puts up the listing for it.

Mondrain- These are colorful, beautiful, and not overly dramatic that they are gaudy or anything. The color has not faded, scratched, or worn off since I received them.  The geometrical design is fun, bold, and flirty but professional!

Two Rings- I personally love this one. It's very elegant, simple and quite frankly understated. The rings are slightly raised, but it is not cumbersome. So no worries there. These are elegant.

Single Rose- There isn't anything that isn't classy about these! They're romantic, beautiful, and serene. The engraving/embossing here, is so detailed, and clear. These would be perfect tableware at a wedding! or gifts for those newly weds you know!









Trend Korean makes chopstick and spoons with over 100 different images, they have something for everyone.   *Please note these are stainless steel, and fingerprints transfer easily, for that reason I have chosen to use his images for this review. I have read that a good way to stop the finger prints, is to use a little bit of baby oil to wipe them down with, but I can't imagine doing that on these, unless you were to display them.*

Art of Air: Airbrush Makeup System.

Wow. What can I say, I  have been dying for an airbrush makeup system for quite some time now. Searching everywhere for the best product, the best deal, and finally how to use it.

Airbrush makeup is revolutionary, and folks. It isn't just for Hollywood anymore.  You can do just about anything with airbrush, foundation, eyebrows, eye-shadow even eyeliner, don't forget you can also do contouring and highlighting! With minimal practice, airbrushing is quite easy to get the hang of. The key is small circles, and at least 6 inches from your face.


Art of Air comes with a pamphlet containing minimal instructions, also a parts list. Which came in handy when I took my airbrush apart to clean it. (I used watered down acrylic paint in it, for nail art...tutorial on that later) It comes with your compressor, 6 foundations, (the amazon one I received did. You can buy art of air online in quite a few places) a foundation primer, a pearl shimmer,  peach blush, and bronzer, Also the airbrush itself of course, as well as a long hose, making it super convenient to airbrushing others!


First. The compressor is super nice as you can manually adjust the speed, vs a high, med, lo setting. Which for me I decided I wouldn't like. As you don't have much control or variety. Really that choice is yours. As for the compressor it is louder than some I have heard watching YouTube videos, but it is fairly quiet considering. Its fairly small, I am not sure how it compares to other airbrush systems compressors as I've never tried them.  I really like it.


The airbrush gun itself, Is quite nice. It is dual action, and easy to use.  The only thing I didn't like is, you should be able to press down and back, I cant press down. As for the brush its self, I thought maybe I broke it, at one point. Turns out, it is supposed to come apart like that, for cleaning purposes. The gun is polished chrome, and the handle isn't plastic, but not quite metal it comes off really easy to remove the needle.  The entire thing comes apart for cleaning, it is quite easy to put back together as well. Just make sure you don't bend your needle, as that renders your airbrush useless. This gun looks fairly standard among all airbrush kits. I know temptu, and luminess use different ones. (Luminess has a plastic end, and temptu has some that you attach your bottles into)

As for the makeup. The most important part right?! I received the following foundations:

Golden  Olive
Suntan Glo
Unknown (named rubbed off)

Foundations, Primer, Shimmer, Blush & Bronzer

I couldn't read the label on the last one, as it wore off. So, I do wish they would use better labels. They do peel off rather easy, if you want to make your own airbrush foundation. (Tutorial on that later, if you like) The Movie Star and  Sand are both very close together, so I could get away with using either of them for foundation, I find mixing them is best. (To mix, add drops of each, put your finger over the end of the nozzle, and pull back to back bubble)  However, the two darker foundations unknown  and suntan glo were actually too dark for my best friend who is Persian, and has a gorgeous olive/tan skin tone. I do notice the foundations have a slightly yellow or red tint to them depending,  This can easily be neutralized with color correcting primer.  The foundations themselves, are not sticky, cakey, or watery. They apply so airy, and light, and sit right on top of your skin. So no rubbing into your skin ,and it feeling heavy. With that being said, I can say these are not waterproof. So, apply a finishing powder. Or spray.  You also can not blend any creams into this, so if you want to conceal with your normal concealer, use it under. Powders are just fine over. (I have heard other systems makeup that lets you use creams over it, but I am not positive at this time.)  This makeup is quite long lasting I wore it all day with no problems whatsoever. The finish is matte, just be careful if you use the pearl shimmer, as it is really concentrated. So, if you use it, put your machine on low, barely move your lever back and aim farther away from your face, so it isn't over whelming! The first time I tried, I looked like a clown! Note: you need to shake these well before use.

Overall, This set is very affordable and excellent for beginners, and those looking to expand in the airbrush world. You do get more foundations for that price, than all the other systems, and their makeup is larger containers, and less expensive than most. The only downside, is that you cant change your compressor color, (if you care about that sort of thing) and, they don't have much of a selection in makeup. They have no eye-shadows, nor any other blush, bronzer, or highlighters. You can use other brands in this machine, so that's a plus! Plus you can always make your own too.  The quality though far exceeds their lack of choices.

HSI Hair Straightener and Hair products!

I'm really picky about flat irons. They either barely straighten my hair, or make it frizzy, or they're cheaply made and my hair gets caught in them. I also don't like super wide ones. This one is just perfect, as I do like to curl my hair with my flat iron, when im looking for quick fast, curled ends. It's also a great way to curl children's hair, (using the tin foil method). This flat iron heat's up super fast, and is easy to use. I do wish It opened a little wider making the LCD screen easier to see. The buttons being on the inside, makes it very nice, so you're not accidentally pressing them. As for the flat iron itself the plates heat evenly, and do rotate back and forth just slightly. enough so that it glides with your hair, straightening it evenly. My hair is shiny, and so soft after using this. My friend has slightly frizzy, curly hair. After using this flat iron on hers, her hair is straight, soft, silky and smooth. It looks so beautiful. This is absolutely a salon quality flat iron, and the little sample of argan oil was such a nice bonus!  Also, no my hair does not get caught in between the plates, or anything like that either. This flat iron cuts my straightening time in half!

I don't know how I ever lived without this! 

First it smells good! Not like pure argan oil, that smells quite gross. This does NOT leave your hair greasy, or even greasy looking. It absorbs into each strand, and leaves your hair silky, shiny, and healthy looking.  My daughter has very fine hair, and always has these little fly aways, and frizzies. Just a little bit of this, and a quick brush and that problem is solved! 

I use this on my hair before I flat Iron it, and it is a miracle with my HSI flat Iron. My best friend has very curly, frizzy, and dried out hair. This little guy fixed all those problems. Her hair after using both this and my flat iron is straight, soft, and very healthy looking. It leaves just the right about of shine.

To use: Apply a small amount to the ENDS of your hair. My stylists, all tell me you don't need to condition anything other than your ends, same with the argan oil. There's no need to go all the way to your scalp, it will end up looking greasy, since the natural oils from your hair.

Simply amazing.

I have to say,  this is probably my favorite thermal protector I've used. As it does not leave your hair wet, sticky, greasy looking. Instead it moisturizes, and hydrates your  dry limp hair. It has a very light scent to it, nothing nasty smelling, or too fruity. The spray bottle has a convenient lock, it is easy to spray as well. This drys nicely, Ive had some thermal protectors that leave a greasy, or even sticky feeling in my hair. this doesn't, its like putting leave in conditioner!

Japanese 8 Pc Plate, Rice Bowl & Wasabi Set with Chopsticks (black)

It doesn't get much prettier than this! Seriously, these are the most beautiful plates I've ever seen, and owned. They are porcelain, but not terribly heavy. The wooden chopsticks are very nice too, not those cheap ones they hand out at restaurants. These plates are large enough to fit quite a few rolls of sushi, and the bowls are just big enough for the perfect serving of rice. Or even soup if thats what you prefer. The paint doesn't chip on them either, so you don't have to worry about that. I wouldn't put these in the dishwasher, just because Id be afraid the water pressure, and soap might ruin them, but I am sure you could. The design on these, is bold. Yet beautiful, very traditional in Japan. They come in the giftbox, with the bowls in their own separate compartments, and each plate on top of each-other with cardboard separating them. There's not much room for them to move around, so you don't have to worry about them breaking. The wasabi plates are curved enough, so that you could put something other than wasabi in them if you wanted to. I personally like the black and the blue sets the best, but I am positive that each set is just as gorgeous, and anyone who buys these won't be disappointed!

Baby Teething Necklace-Review

I adore these teething necklaces,

They can be for mom or dad, because they come in many different colors, and you get a necklace and a bracelet. They're simply stunning, and rubber, i don't worry about these breaking off like the baltic amber ones.

Easy at home urine tests

I really like these easy at home urine tests.

I work in a medical office, where we are always doing urine tests, so I know what to look for and how to read these. They are perfect for at home use, so I can see if I, my daughter, or anyone else has a UTI, or sugar/blood in their urine. Considering my mom has issues with her kidneys, and everything it is especially helpful. The instructions are clearly listed, and easy to follow. These are also very accurate as well.

Candy Buffet Rock Candy- Review

Candy Buffet store has a variety of different tasty sugary goodness. They are really something special, and have candy at an affordable price, for anyone! The cotton candy sugar cane sticks, are so delicious, and taste like real cotton candy! They're a little messy, but it happens. However they are easy to hold, and eat. They sugar crystals are on the smaller side, making it easier for little mouths to eat!

Clovers

As for each individual set-


The Clovers- These are my favorite. The clovers are spaced out evenly, and appropriately, the design is sharp, and clear. It is just stunning, subtle yet, bold enough for just about anyone to use. Not too girly, or manly. These are the ones I find my self picking up just to look at!

Roses

The Roses- These ones are probably my second favorite, as I find them to be very elegant. I love the design of the roses and vines, I really like the added touch of color to them as well. Its not over powering, or kinda like whoa! Not gaudy, but very almost romantic. I think these ones would be perfect as a gift for newlyweds, or valentines day, if you know someone who really likes fine silverware, or chopsticks!

Korean Lettering

Korean Lettering- I love the traditional look of these ones.  They remind me of dining out in the nicer restaurants of Korea. Which were my favorite to go to, as they served the tastiest, most flavorful food you can imagine. (Okay, they were my second favorite next to Korean BBQ) The lettering in these ones, are set on a field of a slightly different color, they are crisp and clear, very easy to see. each letter is fully engraved, no spaces, or rough spots where it looks like something is missing.

The Apricots-  These are just stunning, like someone seriously meticulously hand engraved these. The attention to detail here is outstanding, they didn't miss anything with these ones. They are subtle, beautiful flowers and apricots on a vine, like something from some a Vatican city!













The Cats- While I am not a huge cat lover, I know many who are. The cats are so cute, and have some color to them, with the word love engraved and colored red. These are very cute, for anyone who likes cats!

La Pedi Bon

This little guy is probably the best thing invented! My feet are so soft and smooth now thanks to this! 

The only thing I do not like, is that there is nothing to catch the dead skin cells being removed, so it creates quite a build up and mess. With that being said, my favorite place to use this is the bathtub. Soften my feet, and use this little guy in small circle motions. My feet are softer than a babys bottom!

Salsa crazy Salsa

Well, it's not hot... I expected this to be a little hotter actually. Now, with that being said my dad and I are the if it doesn't make your head sweat its not hot kinda people. It didn't do that, or burn my tongue, mouth anything. That was pleasant. What I love most, is its not just heat.. You can actually taste the flavors of the salsa. Instead of just the heat from the peppers, or spices! Boy, does it have a wonderful, authentic taste to it. The only thing I may do is offer a version without corn, my dad and I prefer non tex mex style, and non chunky too. This is the perfect salsa for me, and my friends. Who like heat, but flavor! I cant get enough of this. Paired with some guac and I am good to go!

Peppermint, Lavender & Lemon Essential Oil Reviews

Well..

I hate lavender. Smelling it anyway, so I can't say I used this one. In fact  I think I gave it away. maybe. I can't remember!


The lemon oil smells so divine, like FRESH squeezed lemons.. WARNING: Keep Lid TIGHTLY closed, you can smell this even with the lid closed just walking by it. It is very strong, not overpowering but, heavily scented and the scent dissipates everywhere.

The peppermint oil for me, was much the same way as the lemon oil, but it is a very sweet scent.

Pura d'or Hair & Body Care Review!

Hey!

So, I received these for review. Let me say, I do love them. They don't leave my hair greasy, or like It isn't unwashed. Nor does it dry out my hair really bad like some do.

The smell though,  I can't smell it, I have used it, and will use it, but I can't smell it. It's terrible! I don't have words for it. The conditioner smells pretty good though. The shampoo and conditioner are both thick, and the shampoo foams up nicely when applied. They easily wash out, and the scent doesn't stick around in your hair, like heavier scented shampoos do. 

I only use this shampoo once a week, and mix it with my others. My hair is looking great though since using it!

How gorgeous is this? Very! I love that all you have to do is drop a few drops of your favorite essential oil, and instantly your engulfed in a beautiful scent, ready to drift away to relaxation and serenity. The mist is not too crazy, A+ there. No filters to deal with, and replace, another A+ there. Gorgeous design, easy to use, and lasts for about 3ish hours. Big A+. Now.. for the downside. You have to manually change the colors, it would be awesome if it automatically changed them for you, with a setting, or timer? whatever! Sometimes, I don't feel like getting out of the bathtub, if I want soft blue, instead of Bright Green. (Yeah, I keep mine in my bathroom) Also, there are only 4 colors, with 2 settings. Not 8 colors total. I did not like the lavender scent that came with it, so maybe the option to chose your essential oil would have been cool. I do love though, that I can add as much oil as I choose to, my entire upstairs ended up smelling like peppermint one day when I added too much. Overall, it is not bulky, or hard to use, just press and hold a button to turn it on, than press for your desired time. To change the light, that's another button you just press until you get to your desired color.

Piczzle Review

Wow. Who would have thought, turning a portrait of your family into a puzzle could be so fun. Turns out the folks over at piczzle did.



They take any portrait you want and turn it into a puzzle, anywhere from 6 to 2,000 pieces.
I received a free medium sized puzzle for this review, and let me say the quality is there. The print on these pieces is very vivid, bright and beautiful! The puzzle pieces are made of your typical cardboard. They are going to last a while, should you take care of them. They even come in a box, with the picture you chose right on the box like most puzzles. Inside the pieces are in a zip lock bag.

Please ignore the random hair brush, but this was the picture I chose. My daughter and two nieces bought a month after my lil bit was born.  I love the boarder I choose, it does say piczzle in the border on the left hand size, but that really does not bother me at all. 

After putting the puzzle together, there wasn't much difficulty, some of the pieces you really had to push to get in, but it holds together very well. As you can see the colors showed up pretty good. For only 30 pieces, I can't say it was difficult to put together, imagine if this one was 2000! my almost 4 yr old and I had a blast putting them together.. "find your face" Made for great family moment!

The only thing I can say, is I wish they had more designs on their website at this time. There are 4 to choose from, being the holidays, valentines day, and no border. The price is very affordable, and they have many different sizes to choose from!

How to spot fake Amazon Reviews and Reviewers.

So, you're in the market for a new whatever it is your looking for. Naturally, you go and check the amazon reviews. Alas, something does not seem right. You're scrolling through all the reviews, and it has nothing but glowing, wonderful, positive reviews, or one star, negative, awful reviews. Upon actually reading them, you see that half the reviews are garbage. Well, let me tell you. Instinct is right, they're probably fake.  Here's how you can tell.



For starters. Amazon terms of service states a blogger who has received a product for free needs to include that in their review. Additionally, a blogger can not be paid for a review. (Or product tester, I use the term blogger, because that's what I am) Also. I have CONFIRMED, you may NOT pay/ask your reviewers to upvote/down-vote reviews. So, if a pretty terrible review has a lot of helpful votes.. this has probably happened. Or, a good review that is 1 star has a lot of un-helpful votes. Well you get the point.


How to spot a fake review:

1. They are all 5 star or 1 star reviews. No one is going to write a fake review, and give it 3 stars. It just does not happen. Most 1 star reviews, or 5 star reviews that are fake. Are going to be very generic, and not detailed. Some might even sound as if they aren't even talking about the product you wish to purchase! 1 star reviews, might include links, or comments about a competitors product being better.... 
2. Bulk of reviews written in same day, If they have 53 reviews, and 27 are written on the same day. Then, chances are they are fake! Take this one with a grain of salt, as many bloggers who receive promotional items, review on the same day, or within the same time span. However, if you start to look at the profiles, and they only have one review than chances are those are fake reviews. Or, all of the persons reviews are for products sold by the same company.
3. Fake profiles- An easy way to spot fake profiles- they have really odd names, or only one review, and if you click on that review it probably goes to a product that has many same day reviews, by accounts with only 1 review.
4. Unverified purchases- If all of the above seems to be correct, and the review is an unverified purchase. (You will be able to tell, since it wont have the orange verified purchase underneath) than it probably is fake.   While most reviews are typically verified, many bloggers do receive items away from amazon to review. This should be taken into account with other items above, do not assume a review is false, just because it is unverified. 

Look at a Reviewers profile. 

Do they only have 1 review.

Are all their reviews for similar products, stating one is better than the other?

Is it clearly fake.

Are all of their reviews 5 stars... (Chances are this is a dishonest blogger, only leaves 5 stars to get free products)

Amazon reviews. 

Are all the ratings the same?

Do they have any detailed ratings? Other than this product is great, it works well. pr this product sucks, it doesn't work.

One way to really tell if the reviews are sincere, is to go look at all the negative reviews. Do you see a similar theme happening? Like a battery not staying charged, or a cable breaking, or it does not do what it claims to do? different color than what was ordered?.. etc. 

All in all, Yes,  there are people who just can't write a review, but someone who is reviewing a product is going to put some thought into it. So, if you find most of these are happening. I wouldn't trust that review, or that product, and move on. :D

Review: Petunia Make Up Brushes.

Yay for makeup brushes!! I am a brush hoarder! So, I was REALLY excited when given the chance to review these ones.        

  So, this is what the box comes with. The little pamphlet has a picture of each brush, and what its used for.  Each brush is individually wrapped in plastic, with guards on the larger fluffier brushes.  There is a very strong paint smell when you open these brushes for the first time, but that goes away with some air, and time. The brush roll, or pouch is a very high quality material and quality made. The best part, the little brush guards to keep the shape, when cleaning and drying your brushes.

As you can see the flap that covers the brushes, is same material, which is really nice compared to many companies, that don't give you the quality material there too.  The only draw back I can say, is that the little compartments where you are to slide each brush into, some of them are larger than need be, I can actually fit more than one brush in them. While this really does not bother me, and I don't see it being a problem.  I think it's worth noting, maybe you could add in another one of your favorite brushes! 

I really love the hot pink and black design, the brushes themselves are solid. I find that some brushes, are just hot glued together, and break very easily, these do not seem to be that way, and each brush is clamped. Making them less likely to endure brush fall out.  I washed each one of the brushes, with some mild baby shampoo before using, and I think maybe 2 or 3 bristles fell out total among all the brushes. Nothing to complain about there, although the large fan brush, I did have to clip one of the bristles off, as it would not stay in place! Again, very minor detail. Each brushes bristles are very soft, or sturdy depending on what the brush is for.                                                                                   

 I have not used a couple brushes from this set, but as far as each brush goes. The all over face brush, the largest one is amazing. It is fluffy, and huge. It picks up the product, and disperses it enough to evenly apply product all over your face, without it being concentrated in one area. I like using this one, with my finishing powder.  I have switched the foundation and blush brush, as I prefer my blush brush to be angled, I use this brush for blending my blush and contour lines together, both brushes are soft, and evenly apply product.  The fan brush, I mostly use for dusting off any fallout from eye shadow.    

The eyeshadow brush, and smudge brush are the two brushes I use the most, and imagine most will, the only thing I can say, is I do wish the smudge brush was slightly smaller. I have smaller eyes, and a more noticeable crease in my eye lids, which is where I use this brush most, to blend my eye-shadow together. It works very well for that, the brush is so soft and fluffy, and really picks up your shadows, cream, powder, or pressed. They pick up both very evenly, and apply evenly.

As you can see, The brush picks up quite a bit of product,  this is the eyeshadow brush. 

 The smudge brush also picks up quite a bit.

.  I picked the whitest eyeshadow I had so you could see how well they pick up.                                            









Not only do they pick up shadows, well but they apply them just as well

I know its hard to see, on my pale skin, but the eye shadow, and smudge brush applied the shadow evenly, and uniformly across my hand. With product coming off, from the start to the end of the stroke.  As far as the eye brow brush and concealer brush. I tend to not use the eye brow one, unless I am spot concealing.  I prefer angled eye brow brushes, the concealer brush I find works perfectly to get in the crease of my nose, and works great for contouring.  The flat eye shadow brush, I don't use.



 It does feel and look as if it is a higher quality sponge though. I just hate these kinds of brushes being included in a set, because the second you use a dark color, you can't really clean it. So its like one and done in my mind.  The eyeliner brush is stiff, and long enough to accurately apply any gel liner. The spoolie brush is perfect for brushing out eye lashes, or eye brows, before applying product. My favorite brush is the lip brush, the little case makes me feel so high class!!! and, it helps save money and product by only grabbing what you need!



Over all these brushes retail for $89.99, they sell for  $47.77, I can't say I feel like they are worth that price tag, but  they are higher quality and better brushes than a lot out there, for the same set, with price tag, these are the better brushes, if you are trying to choose.  I am very impressed with the design, and quality of these brushes.  Petunia really didn't leave anything out here, when making them!
